No customer service to speak of. Reply cards sent to me are blank. I contacted them and a week later, they sent me instructions on how to clear my cache. Reply cards are sent in my email, not on their website. To add insult to injury, they charged an automatic membership renewal to my credit card last week. I just got off the phone with my credit card company and had the charge removed because it was unauthorized. jacquielawson is a big FAIL.
