“Best Car Hire”

First time user of a Car Hire in Europe. Their Internet site was easy use in selecting which car and options I wished to have whilst traveling in UK.
Confirmation was very quick and documentation received immediately via my email account. I have used International Hire firms in Australia before but they often fall short of this experience.
The final test will be of course how we experience the customer service once we land at Heathrow UK.
