I placed an order on December 29, 2012. As of January 4, 2013, I have not received an email stating that it has been shipped. I called to cancel my order and they told me that my item was in the warehouse and that they are waiting for FedEx to pick it up (and therefore I cannot cancel my order). I have never heard that before. Definitely will not order from them again.
