These guys are hopeless, designing a system to drive you insane.
Started on the web site for car insurance, lots of detail onto the system -outcome no quote allowed, you will have to phone. Ages then listening to annoying messages, being passed around, all the same detail tortuously repeated and recorded, scripts read – then the phone goes dead. I ring back – all details have been erased by the idiot operator and you have the pleasure of starting over again for the third time.
Want to complain? No point - all roads on the web site lead back to exactly where you started two hours before. Customer torture at its best - well done the Coop!
