“Do not go to Rosslyn Enterprise location!”

If I could give this location a negative star then I would. The obstinacy and arrogance that resides within this Rosslyn enterprise location is abhorrent. For that matter, it is not just the location itself but the sales representative, Kalif, who lacks any moral character when it comes to his job.
I understand full well that it is a sales representative's job to sell a customer a product, but there should be some degree of truth and transparency when selling a product. I was given no good faith at the time of the transaction and it was a predatory sale. When I called to complain about relevant information being omitted at the time that enterprise insurance was sold to me by Kalif, he openly laughed over the phone saying that it was not his problem and that I signed the papers for the optional insurance. I only found out later that my insurance not only covers my daily rate of a rental car but also my insurance coverage on the rental car- Only the first part of that sentence was relayed to me the day I went into enterprise. When I went into the location in person to return the car and have an open conversation with Kalif about the lack in transparency when he sold me enterprise insurance I was once again met with him laughing in my face.
There was no flexibility taken on his part to deal with the situation in which a customer felt that there was a faulty sale made with no indication to try and mitigate the situation when I was in there in person to come to a resolution. I was told by Kalif that it was not his problem to know my policy and when I told him that if he was not aware about the full extent of what my insurance would cover then he should NOT have made a pitch that was faulty in nature- but again he retorted that it is his job. Yes, Kalif it is your job to make a sale, but have some ethical decency when you do it. Apparently I made him feel like I was attacking him, but frankly he took advantage of the situation and completely omitted relevant information to the sale when I was not in the right mind to question everything he was telling me. I openly and honestly told him on the day I came in to pick up the car that I had been hit in a car accident only a few hours prior and had come to his location straight from the emergency room so that I could go home. So yes, I will reaffirm that the enterprise insurance sold to me by Kalif was a predatory sale lacking any good faith in the process.
Here you go potential Enterprise customer, stay away from Enterprise Rosslyn location.
