I ordered two sets of Marker ski bindings.

Some of the fitting screws are contained in a plastic bag. However, Marker have - for some reason known only to themselves - left others loosely attached to the sole plate.

As the boxes are unsealed this means that screws can fall out whilst the boxes are enroute from the factory to the retailer! One of my sets had two screws missing...but a quick call to Facewest saw replacements sent out by first class post.

The company, in general, offer keenly priced products - especially if you take into account the loyalty bonus scheme. The website is easy to navigate and staff have good product knowledge and are helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend its products and services!
