LookFantastic really appealed to me because they have really competitive prices, a great selection of brands, and offer free shipping. I made my first order on January 18 and that order was not processed until January 23 due to "inventory issues." After 21 days I wrote to their customer service department about the status of my order. One of their customer service reps sent me a form to fill out several days later declaring my goods had not arrived, claiming she'd be "happy to arrange a replacement." I sent the form back via e-mail on February 19 & on February 25 I was issued a refund with no apology or explanation. Every time I contact them, no one responds to me. Awful, awful customer service & not worth the hassle just to save a couple of bucks.
