Purchase a sailing watch and it was faulty and filled with water on first use. I Photographed the watch and sent email to GB Outdoor asking to initiate a warranty claim.
I received an email in less then 12 hours (not bad given an 8 hour time difference) I was advised that a replacement watch has been despatched and I can dispose of the faulty one as the problem could be seen in the photo.
I have never had such good service. and all this from an Internet provider. I would not hesitate to use or recommend this organisation
