“Overall a great holiday”

Booked very last minute (rang Saturday travelled Sunday). Picked up outbound tickets at the airport and booked extra leg room, but when trying to book the same for the return journey I was told that my wife was on the return flight but I wasn't. After contacting rep he rang longwood rep at home and I was issued with a return ticket. Flight was good, transfers and rep in Egypt were great. Hotel was excellent with great service throughout. We had been at this hotel 4 years earlier (sea life sharm el sheik) but this was a much better experience. All of the staff were great and could not do enough for you. On arrival at airport on return journey I was told I was not on the flight. The Fleetway rep was fantastic and spent the next 2 hours ensuring we both got on. Overall a great holiday.
