We've been with Unlimited for a few years now and the experience has been entirely positive. The hosting itself has been almost glitch free and on the rare occasions there was a problem the Unlimited team was across it - usually within minutes. This kind of proactive customer support is unique in my experience of web hosting companies. They recently upgraded us to their new hosting platform. The migration went without a hitch and the downtime was much less than I had expected.

I can't recommend them highly enough.
