I tried another company and was told that they couldn't find the code but can do a more in depth search for another $15. I thought, oh crud, what have I done? it's probably a scam and now they have all my information. Luckily I was given a refund. Then I tried cellphoneunlock.net. they were able to find the code and it worked great. they also followed up and made sure it worked. keep up the great work!
