“Good value & excellent service”

Ordered a bike from Tredz, it arrived promptly and was working fine. When it developed a manufacturing fault, Tredz reacted promptly, picking up the bike, repairing it and sent it back to me with no fuss at all. The staff I spoke to were excellent, nothing was too much bother and I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

On the downside, I found the website out of date and many of the products listed on there were no longer available - which meant when I originally ordered my bike, many of my choices were already sold out (but listed as still available on the site).
