“An excellent airline”

I'm writing this because I can't believe the stupid things that some people write in their reviews and so put people off without good reason.We flew to Singapore from Heathrow recently and the service was great. Lets be clear - it was an economy flight - so flying for 13 hours you are going to go get a bit of a sore bum and that is just the way it goes. So to all those who criticise the seats and the legroom get real ! Or if you want better then I suggest you save up a lot of money and fly business or first class. The food was great as were the drinks - free extras when ever you wanted them. Within reason of course.I suggest you check in online to get the seats you want. The entertainment offered loads of options from the latest films to documentaries. I hope this helps people who are undecided. Some people just seem to moan about anything and look for someone to blame for something which is quite often their fault. Best of luck.
