WRITE A REVIEW

“Nice rental car. Airport Location.”

The good:- 1/ Airport pick up and drop off. 2/ Upgraded car. 3/ Pleasant agent. 4/ Easy booking and collection.
The Bad:- 1/ 35 Euro charge for out of hours return but nobody there to receive the car on my return so why the extra charge? 2/ Full tank of petrol policy, there was no way I was going to use up a full tank so in effect this is just an extra surcharge and easy profit. 3/ No number 3.
All in all apart from the unreasonable excess charges which are pretty much the same for all companies it was a very good experience.
Next time I'll lie about the return time to avoid the unnecessary out of hours charge.
The car was issued by Goldcars Rentals. Good car nice people.
