“Ordered wetsuite never delivered”

I've ordered a used 2xu wetsuit payed by creditcard but the goods are never delivered. Send several emails about the delivery but never received any answer / response.

I would advise you not to purchase at this shop, although it could be the royal mail that the goods are not delivered but once ordered and payed the shop does not response on any email. On the phone they promise to send an update but after 3 weeks waiting I think I can forget any response.

GENERAL:
- product not delivered, after payment
- no response on emails about the status.
