These guys rely on the fact that most people will give up when they receive either a short delivery or no delivery at all, their prices are competitive so you are drawn to using them, and then the problems start. Iv'e had a short delivery and didn't notice is right away. I never got the balance! Losing over £20

Then my daughter without knowing used them too; she had the same problem only one of three items arrived. It doesn't mater how you explain the problem they send a reply from a no reply email address that has no connection to your query!!!!

IMHO they deliberately short ship
