We had booked 2 flights online with bravofly (ID 163972173).
We then needed to bring the flights forward one day but found we could not do this online.
We repeatedly rang 00442071006746 as directed and eventually made contact with bravofly.
They said they would effect the change and then the payment department would ring us for credit card details within 48 hours.
They did not ring so a few days later we rang them again and were promised the payment department would ring us straight back.
They did not ring, after a few days of these daily promises we grew tired of it and made our own arrangements for new flights with Air Maroc.
Eventually we received a refund of the tax component of the price of the cancelled flights.
