“Nimi the best.”

I have recently booked a group booking of 13 passengers to Australia. Nimi the operator who dealt with my booking was fantastic!!! Nothing was to much trouble,she was very professional polite and understanding. Nimi always made sure she returned my calls and dealt with issues efficiently without problem. I feel Nimi is an asset to you company and you should be very proud of her.If i ever needed to make a booking again for a holiday i hope they would be half as good as Nimi has been to me. Could i also thank Udi and Aidi who also helped with the booking they all deserve a huge thank you from the company. Thanks for all your help, look forward to hearing from you. Mrs MH Chadburn.
