I recently used Cellunlocker to unlock my iPhone 4 from AT&T. It was an EXTREMELY easy and painless process. I was nervous at first that the site was possibly a scam, but had unlocked my wife's HTC with their service and was hopeful. They were able to unlock my wife's phone in the matter of a couple of hours and provided instructions to unlock my phone within a matter of hours as well. It was absolutely awesome
