“Very good, only let down occasionally by delivery...”

Good prices (although they do tend to fluctuate daily, due to Amazon's policy of matching other similar retailers' sales) and they've always been good when I've contacted them with an issue. However, they are occasionally let down by some of the courier services they use. YODEL in particular we've had problems with and have let Amazon know about it when they've been the ones delivering particular items.

Other than that, I use Amazon all the time and I'm happy with the service they provide.
