Saw the jacket I wanted, checked a few sites, Uttings had the right size and colour combo for me (and at a very good price, which does help), so gave them a ring, they checked availability straight away, and within a few minutes my order was processed. Delighted to see the parcel waiting for me at home upon my return from work 36hrs later. They give internet shopping a good name (unlike a few car spare places I could mention).
