“Good but frustrating”

I went with Heart Internet last year for one reason only, their excellent reputation for their customer support. Although they helped me with my problems with resolving my site issues, I have to admit that I am very disappointed that this could not have been resolved over the phone. I find email-support an extremely frustrating way of getting help, all the typing, attempts at explaining the issues in abstract written language, but never really succeeding. This is the only reason I give Heart Internet 4 stars instead of 5. Last year I remember happy conversations with customer support. Now, if you have a problem, it is resolved over email only. The help comes very quickly I must say, but nevertheless...
