These guys are great. I was in a bind with my new Samsung Galaxy S2, a T-Mobile device. T-Mobile said they would not unlock the phone and I was stuck. As soon as I got my unlock code from CellPhoneUnlock my phone was unlocked in seconds. I would highly recommend them.
