“Good informative customer service”

When I placed my order the item was showing as in stock and delivery prior to Christmas. The day later I received an email saying that due to the high number of orders there was a chance my order would not be despatched prior to Christmas. The email was relatively light hearted 'something like Santa's helpers would do their best to ensure my goods were on Santa's sleigh in time for Christmas' .... and they were. The goods were received well packaged and without any fuss. Initially I was disappointed to learn the goods may not arrive but the email and tracking update were good customer service points. I would use again
