I am currently using a computer in the hotel lobby as i have spent the better part of an hour trying to cancel a booking on the mobile-it just wouldnt do it. also the mobile site doesnt keep up with the bookings. when i wanted to view my bookings it did not have all of them. as i was on the road this was very frustrating as I was trying to cancel one booking without a charge. in the end because i could not get to a computer and the mobile site wouldnt recognise my booking I got charged $70 US due to late cancellation
