I've used Booking.com for years and in several countries and for several reasons, travelling as a family, a couple, an extended family and alone on business. The service has always been great and the hotel descriptions very accurate when compared to what we found at the hotel. I like the reviews, they are usually helpful and insightful. There's never been any problems when I've needed to cancel or on the odd occasion when I've found a better deal at a later stage. The only thing I would like is to be able to search hotels alphabetically. Sometimes it's nice to just browse without someone else's order being imposed on you.
