“They went the extra mile”

I have always thought that Amazon were the standard to compare by, but these guys go the extra mile. the e-commerce experience is swift and efficient and once that is done you are contacted by a real human about your order and to ensure the delivery date is suitable.
Altogether very impressive mix of technology and humanology!
