“Absolutely disgusting customer service in call center!”

I'm writing this for my mother who is still furious sitting next to me after just being kept on the phone to India for half an hour about cancelling THREE ongoing phone contracts which we thought had finished and they hadn't even bothered to notify her.

My mother started getting annoyed and raised her voice slightly to which the indian "gentleman" on the other end started mouthing off saying it's up to her what she does with her bills.

He then put her on hold a ridiculous number of times and even mentioned he spoke to the manager and had the cheek to try selling another contract to my mother. She tried hanging up the phone about 5 times but he kept trying to negotiate other sales and deals on another phone.

Overall, cancel your contracts asap. (Oh but the thing is they charge you for cancelling your contract even if it's ran out.)

Go to any other phone company! Don't let these douche-bags rip you off.
