“Terrible Customer Service”

We have booked flights to Oslo through lastminute as are visiting friends in Sweden who can pick us up from the airport. The problem is that there is more than one airport in Oslo and we are travelling to the wrong one which is a 5 hour drive from the correct one. We contacted customer swervices to change our flights as there are plenty available for the same dates to the correct airport. We understand that this may incur an admin fee which we are happy to pay but Lastminute have said they cannot amend the flights. They initially gave the reason that it was down to the airline, however we have contacted the airline who have advised that it is possible. They were more than helpful and advised it was a simple process and even offered to speak to lastminute to advise them how to do this. We went back to lastminute who are still refusing to make the amend for us and want us to pay in full for the new flight!!! Most companies will do what they can to help their customers as it means they will keep them in the future but lastminute would not even meet us halfway. I am a very unhappy and dissapointed customer and this is not only the first but also the last time I will book anything through them.
