“shal I shant I”

This is the first time with 121 ( Carrentals ) and thought I was booking with 121 Carhire, and was looking at all , as an ITO here in New Zealand , I would prefer to comment post Hire , I think this is when I can make a judgement , I have not yet been notified the procedure regarding pick up and drop of when arriving at Heathrow ,or where to go etc ? maybe this will follow ,I do however think the information and contact that has come through my Mail , did have the desired efect to convince me to go with 121, I look forward ,to completion of this trip , when I can reflect on all Travel agents , Car Hire , Insurance , Hotels , etc , It is now policy with most Major companies in NZ when Hireing a car to automaticly have a navman in the vehicle , this has reduced many problems and increased sales and enjoyment to client , Please look at trip advisor feedback , April for my comment s , thank you so far ,regards Colin R Lennox .
