i am so very pleased with this item the bear i ordered was wonderful very well made and the personalised detail was lovely, the bear was for my son to propose to his girlfriend on christmas day , but he had left ordering until the last minute but ready teddy go made sure we had our bear for the day and i have to say i am so pleased with their prompt and speedy delivery so thank you so much to all concerned, the day turned out perfect,
