I ordered a set of snowboard bindings! They turned up the next day as promised, i however got the wrong size , so had to send them back. I filled in the returns form provided, and four days later got the new size sent back.
Exceptional mail order service!
And , as mentioned by a few others, prompt emails to confirm, we'll everything.
