“Short tempered staff but good prices”

Coaches were on time to Plymouth, London and Dundee there and back. Good quality coaches, too. However staff and drivers seem very short tempered and annoyed, had an enquiry at London for their help desk and the lady was rude and so was the driver from London to Plymouth.
Also confusing at one point because the coach said Exeter only and still went to Plymouth which prompted my question in the first place.
But you can't complain too much at getting from one end of the country to the other for less than £25.
