“Bad Service”

I used Meet and Greet service from LHR T3. They took 40mins to collect my car, then on my return they took 50 mins to return my car me. I never received a apology, and kept being told they were busy, and quite frankly I don't care, I paid for a service and expect what I paid for. It definately isn't a stress free service. I have tried to complain to them, but there doesn't seem to be a compaints dept, only an enquiry email address. Hopefully they will read my comments and improve their customer service.
