“Good at the begining, then it's the end”

First four transactions without any problems. Next one delayed, it took 11 workin days to deliver money. Next and the last one, after 6 days is still in ??? progress ??? Now the transactionis cancelled, my account is blocked to do any new payments and didn't received any money back. No answer to my e-mails. I had to call them and spend more money for international calls. One lady said that the money will be send back to origin bank account. Nothing yet after 2 days. I choose Xendpay just to avoid time and travel to the bank. Fee here is various, depends on how much money you send. It was sometimes better then bank's offer. But now i see that I will go to the bank only. I wonder how that all will end up.
