“Change in signal”

My 3 signal used to be great now suddenly it has plummeted at home usually having no service at all its still ok in town centres but surrounding areas (all the places where you need a mobile phone in other words ) its useless and its not just here in Cleethorpes (hardly the depths of the countryside) we were on holiday in the vale of York last week my partner who has left 3 is on virgin had full signal whilst me? You guessed it no service. Stupidly I'm tied in for another year hugely expensive and no help from 3 the shop people don't want to know and getting the phone centre to do anything other than sell you something is impossible (especially when you don't have a signal to call them ) if I didn't have wi fi at home phone would be utterly useless as it is its just an expensive very small tablet
