I ordered over 100pound worth of stuff, waited for a month so I called customer service. they arrogantly and rudely said my credit has been declined, but when I told them I paid straight away I paid by card, they made me wait for 22 min more and eventually cancelled my order. they offered to put it through again and supposedly did. but I find out 2weeks later they didn't. I called again and they tell me they would refund my money...which they did...6 weeks later after 5 telephone calls. rubbish. avoid at all cost!
