“Xmas car rental from LHR”

After having looked a numerous car rental websites, some of which were extortionate for car rental over Xmas, I was pleased to find one with a reasonable hire charge, no hidden charges and which also used all major car rental companies as comparisons. Emails were sent to my email address very quickly letting me know that the car rental was being processed and keeping me up to date of progress.

The website was very clear and easy to use and hopefully the pick-up/drop-off at Heathrow will also be a silmilar experience.

I did have one worry i.e. if you were unable to print-off your voucher for whatever reason - what would you do? It might be good if a bar code/or number could also be sent to mobile phone which could also be used to collect rental car as when travelling printers are not always available.
