This is the worst service i have ever received from any online purchases tht i have transacted.
I placed an order on friday which clearly stated that the code would be emailed in 2hrs...im still waiting...
Asked for a refund...im still waiting!!!!

Called was told that im in the front of the queue... then the call gets disconneted.

Called my credit card company an dthey told me the funds have already been collected, yet still you havent delivered nothing....I will be getting my £12.41 if its the last thing i do!1

DAMM THEIF!!!1
