They sent me a product intended for someone else (it had my name on the outside of the package, and then someone else's packing slip and a pair of jeans, when I'd ordered a running watch). I called customer services 5 times - each time I got to the head of the queue (which took between 20 mins and 1 hour), the line just went dead. I emailed them and it took them a week to reply, with a standard response telling me how to return unwanted products. There was no-one to speak to about this particular situation, which was of their own making! As it stands, a month after my original order, I returned the product straight away, but have still not received the correct product, and can't contact anyone to ensure it's on its way.
