I have two phones with 3 mobile and have no issues with the service, coverage or the general running of my account. However, today I called into the Ashington, Northumberland branch and was subjected to general indifference from a person who was described as the assistant manager. Who was in the main rude, and I wonder why with 3 million unemployed there has to be people such as him employed in a service industry. At such time as people such as him realise that we are the customers who are not there for his or 3 Mobiles benefit I may go back to them. until then I will use another provider for my new contract
