“Beware of hidden charges”

I have had a very account for over 1 year now and bought a lot of products through them, always paying more than the minimum payment each month on the same date, however someone has now decided that customers should pay every 28 days, therefore this month they decided I had defaulted on a payment and charged me £12.00 for the privelidge, and then on top of that they have charged me £74.30 interest on buy now pay later items. For motnhs when my statement came the items never showed up and because I was over paying I thought it would soon be paid off, but no the itmes were hidden from my statement to suddenly appear along with the interest, I rang them to complain but quite hoenstly they are not bothered, so much for customer service, rest assured I will never buy from them again, just beware of items not showing on your statement and then being charged interest!!
