“Dreadful service”

We ordered a scooter and helmet with next day delivery......over 2 weeks later we still hadn't received the items. Our order had been deliverd to someone else and we had to arrange for it to be re-delivered. Despite our repeated emails and telephone calls we still havn't had a satisfactory apology from Skates. Would not recommend this to anyone.
