Never never never ever go with this utterly abysmal service. Totally awful in every respect. Why do I have to give it one star?

I am cancelling my direct debit, and they can try and take me to court to get the phone back. We had to get a booster box to get the phone working in our house. The first one we had didn't work. The second keeps switching off. My daughter went abroad and was the only child in her group who couldn't phone home. We had to phone her friends phones to keep in touch.

This is theft by 3 on a grand scale. If anyone from 3 is reading this, you should hang your heads in shame. Disgraceful.
