I have been using amazon for nearly a decade now and have never had any problem with them that they did not solve. It is inevitable that you will come across problems from time to time when buying on the internet, it is how you deal with these issues that make you stand out.

I'm a firm believer that consumers should support quality retailers and shun the shoddy ones who quite frankly don't give a monkeys about their customers.

The entire shopping experience is quality from start to finish (including refunds where required). I have experienced problems with a popular online auction site which is now a cesspit for fraudsters and scammers.....they wont see a penny of my money ever again.

Anyway bottom line - Amazon are without a doubt the best online retailer I have ever dealt with, and i spend thousands online each year with dozens of websites.
