I have purchased cards from moonpig in the past with no troubles but have been Massively let down massively this valentines! Flowers, chocolate, ballon and large card all ordered in good time but never delivered! Were quick enough to take the payment! Can't get hold of them on the phone and tried 3 times and left on hold with no answer at all and emailed 3 times with no reply! I've never been so angry with a company ever! Has made it look like i forgot valentines to my girlfriend, never good!
