“a useless company in every single way”

never answer the phone - cost £8 to finally get through to them, very limited coverage, you couldn't even download 15GB if you tried, its so slow
customer service is appalling and then when you get to the end of your contract they over charge you and then send you a statement saying your account is in credit and you have to call them (another £8) to get it refunded. Absolutely useless (I couldn't use a stronger word as this review won't allow it). 1 star is too good.
