“Ruined night out”

written by Spotjack on 15/02/2013

We recently went to see the Tribute Band GaGa at the Hawth Theatre in Crawley. The stage was set with two mics and a drum kit. Three guy's walked onto the stage, and we thought they were the groups roadies. No this was the band. They started playing and we waited for the Freddie Mercury lookalike to come on, but no it was just the three. They sounded awful, the singer was straining on every note. We lasted until the interval and left. My wife complained to the theatre and give them their due they gave us our money back. We told the theatre to try and book the ELO Experience, they phoned and said they had booked them for the 13th June, now there's a Tribute Band.
