I ordered three different pairs of trousers by mail (having checked online first to make sure that they were in stock). I received three entirely different pairs as substitutes as, according to Chums, what I had ordered was out of stock (although still available according to their website). As I had not asked for and did not want substitutes, I returned the goods and was refunded the cost of the goods, but not my postage of £5.70. I have lost out because of what is obviously sharp practice - Chums will send you whatever they like and you can foot the bill! Incidently, the trousers are still "in stock".
