“fantastic customer service”

I bought a Ridgeback ladies bike last week and have been completely satisfied with the customer service from the first telephone conversation, whereby the assistant took the time to look for the particular bike I was interested in whilst I was on the phone. Further to this, when I had a query about the bike itself when it was delivered (very quick turn around from ordering) the explanation and communication both verbally and via email was fantastic. The staff ensured that I was entirely happy with the purchase and responded in a timely manner. I will certainly be recommending them to others.
